My name was Poncho

This is for all those who know my cute dad. They have a lady in their branch who is from Brazil. About three weeks before this picture was taken she had given them some 'Guarana' a soda some of the son-in-laws had in Brazil on their missions. Aaron, Steve, and Austin all served in Brazil. My mom said he had been stewing for three weeks trying to figure out something he could do with it. We recieved this email from him. This is why we love my dad....

Subject: My name was Poncho

"This is what I drink when I am alone. Stay thirsty my friends."

Kelsee told me later that he tried several hats on and got everyone's opinion on what hat would work best with the poncho. She said later after the picture had been taken he was still wearing it, sitting on the couch watching tv.

She's Done....

So the youngest Green Girl graduated last Saturday. We were super sad we couldn't be there, especially me since I had the trip all planned out and was ready to go. Unfortunately our family hit a little bump in the road and had to detour to the hospital. But we are super proud of her. Thanks to Jordie for taking all the fun pictures.

Grandpa also got his bear...

Grandpa Green got his bear on the last day of the hunt at 1:00 in the afternoon. Sadly, dad had already left to go home so he missed it. But at least they both got one, and got to spend a lot of time together.

My cute dad has been hunting for bears this week in Canada....the night before he shot this boar my mom told him she wanted to order a cinnamon colored bear, I said I wanted a blonde on and Austin wanted a black one. Dad must love mom the best because the next day he called and said he got her a cinnamon bear. Now we just have to get my grandpa one.....they also have wolf tags and a couple days left to hunt. We'll see what happens.
