Sprinkler Fun.....

While everyone else was running the river Deac and Hallie were busy playing in the sprinklers. They seemed to have had a great time.
These two are a crack up.....
Can't not love these cute faces.

Saturday Night....

Kelsee, Tyler, Austin and I were in charge of dinner Saturday night. We decided on dutch oven. We got off the river and hurried to start everything. And then the rains came......
Our dinner.....
For a minute we thought we were just going to have to call and order some pizzas, but it all worked out okay. Seven o'clock dinner just turned into 9 o'clock. No big deal, except we were all so hungry.

When it started raining hard Tyler asked if he could take Deacon out to play in the puddles. It was super cute and they had a great time.

Boys Will Be Boys......

Steve always seems to pick fights when we all get together. At Christmas it was arm wrestling. This time it was three-point stance.

Steve vs. Tyler
This worked out for Steve about the same as the arm wrestling.

Hanging Out......

Floating the River

Austin and I arrived in Alpine, Wyoming late Thursday night.

Friday we went to float the Snake River. Dad pulled his river boat down. Everyone had already made one trip the day before. Emma and Kelsee volunteered to watch all the kids, so the rest of us headed off.

Jordie, Emma, and Kelsee on the first trip down.
We had to park some of the cars at the dock and then drive up to put in the water. The boys had to hide in the back of the truck while we drove up the canyon.
Everyone getting ready to put in.

I even jumped in with them a couple of times. The water was super cold, but refreshing.
Aaron, Steve, Austin and Me waiting for the boat to catch up to us.
The current was so hard for me to stand in.
Me getting swept away by the current.

On Saturday we decided we wanted to make another trip. Mom and Dad decided not to go... We were on our own. Austin and Aaron took turns "driving" the boat.

One of my favorite pictures.

Thanks Mom and Dad for pulling the boat down.....we had a blast.
